Each capsule contains:
Vitamin D-3 (as cholecalciferol) 25 mcg (1000 IU)
Vitamin K-2 (as Menaquinone-4)(MK-4) 45 mcg
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Rice Flour, Veg Capsule (hypromellose, water), Ascorbyl Palmitate, Silica.
Adult Dosage: Take 1 capsule daily with meals.
