Return Policy
Please note that this policy only applies to online purchases and does not apply to purchases made in-store.
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt and order number.
All online purchases must be returned through our online return process detailed below. Items purchased online cannot be returned in-store.
Process
To start a return, please contact us at online@sandhhealth.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide further instructions to process your return. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Products damaged during shipping must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order. In this case, please contact us and we will provide further instructions.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, cosmetics, intimate or sanitary goods, and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, clearance items, or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
In the rare case that we ship you an item other than what you ordered, do not open the product or it will void your ability to exchange or return it.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. This includes any paid shipping option selected by the customer or the flat rate for Expedited Parcel shipping if the order was sent using free shipping. However, if there was an error with your order due to a mistake on our part, we will refund the shipping costs as well. Any promotional items included with the original purchase must also be returned.
Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when sending products back to us. Items shipped back are done so at the risk of the sender, and we cannot assume liability for these parcels.
