Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within Canada only.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and packed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping & Delivery

We primarily ship using Canada Post and UPS. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping destination and selected shipping method.

Please note that shipping timelines are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside of our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, remote delivery locations, and high shipping volumes.

Delays & Backorders

While we do our best to keep all items in stock, occasional inventory shortages or backorders may occur. If part of your order is unavailable, we may ship available items first and send the remaining items as soon as they become available.

If there is a significant delay affecting your order, we will contact you with an update as soon as possible.
