Each capsule contains:
Organic Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum) (seed) 500 mg
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Veg Capsule (hypromellose, water), Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source), Silica.
Adult Dosage: Take 2 capsules, 3 times daily.
