Vitamin B-1 (as Thiamine HCl) 100 mg
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Cellulose, Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source).
Adult Dosage: Take 1 tablet daily with a meal.
